Sunday: 10am-4pm
When you’ve done all your research on the internet, there’s no substitute for seeing products in a physical setting with friendly staff on hand to answer any further questions you have.
This is why we are incredibly proud of our showroom. It’s not the awards and accolades, it’s being able to provide our customers with that premium experience so they can feel confident in their decision.
Wet testing recommended
We pride ourselves on the buying experience we provide, and a key part of that is letting you try out the equipment you’re about to make an investment in.
We always have at least one hot tub and one swim spa full and ready to experience in the showroom. With notice, we are able to prepare and fill any of our spas to wet test.
We also have saunas to try out (and steam is on its way).
If you prefer, we can organise something out of hours too.

When people visit our showroom, it might be the products they come to see, but it’s our staff that they remember.
We don’t see ourselves as being here to sell, we are here to help you find and use your best wellbeing solution.
Which is why our reviews repeatedly mention no hard sell. We just don’t believe in it.
