Complete Care Plan

The ultimate hassle-free solution

The Complete Care Plan ensures your spa gets the attention it needs throughout the entire year. This means one full annual service backed up by extra seasonal visits, or “mini-services”.

The total number of visits depends on what we are looking after for you: a regular hot tub should have four visits per year, whereas a tub with a salt system will only need two, and a swim spa would be seen three times a year.

If you have a dual-temperature swim spa, please contact us directly for pricing.

Mini Service includes:

  • Flush, drain, clean down and polish shell.
  • Clean cabinet, headrests and cover.
  • Rinse filters (Replace where needed).
  • Begin refill.

What’s Included (1 Visit/Year):

  • BISHTA-Compliant Deep Clean: Biofilm flush, full drain, and thorough shell cleaning.
  • Filter Maintenance: Deep clean or replacement (additional cost if a new filter is needed).
  • Cover & Pillow Care: Clean and treat Cover & Pillows to prevent fading and cracking.
  • Component Health Check: Inspection of heater, pumps, ozonator, wiring, and gaskets. Electrical check on main components and inspection of pipework for leaks.
  • Begin Refill: Refill process started to ensure minimal downtime.
