Our technicians give your spa a thorough clean, check the parts you don’t usually see and let you know if anything needs attention. And if you have questions about looking after it between visits, we’re here for those too.

Why have your spa serviced?

Your regular water care and filter cleaning do an important job, but some maintenance needs a closer look. A service gives us the chance to clean inside the pipework and check the pumps, heater, wiring and seals for signs of wear or leaks.

It’s also an opportunity to ask about anything you’ve noticed since our last visit. If your spa has developed an unusual noise, weaker jets or trouble holding its temperature, get in touch before booking so we can advise whether it needs a service or a repair visit.

We offer the following one-off servicing and maintenance visits for existing Hot Tubs Oxfordshire customers.

Prices apply within five miles of our Bicester showroom. If you’re further away, contact us for a quote for your location.

Annual Service

A thorough clean of your spa and its pipework, along with checks on the main working parts.

From £343 (Hot Tubs) | £529 (Swim Spas)

Flush the pipework to help remove biofilm, then drain the spa
Clean the shell and remove debris
Clean and condition the cover and pillows
Inspect the heater, pumps and ozonator
Check the wiring and the condition of the gaskets

Maintenance Visit

Help with the drain, clean and refill, whether it’s due between annual services or you’d simply like us to take care of it.

If you’d like regular help looking after your spa, a maintenance plan can work out cheaper than booking the included visits separately. You can spread the cost across the year, with different levels of care to suit how much you’d like us to handle.

Closing down or starting up your spa?

Shutting down your spa

If you’re planning to leave your spa unused for a while, we can shut it down properly until you need it again. This is particularly important over winter, when water left in the pipework could freeze.

Starting up again

If your spa has been out of use for a while, we can get it ready to enjoy again. We’ll sanitise and flush the system, check that everything is working properly and start refilling it for you.
