Our Team.

Carla is the captain of the good ship Hot Tubs Oxfordshire. Under her leadership, the company has grown from a small startup to a multi-award-winning success story and the highest-rated provider of hot tubs and saunas in Oxfordshire and surrounding counties.

Carla’s background in social care, and her experiences working with at-risk families, have instilled in her a deep-seated devotion to helping people and improving their well-being. Though most of her time is now spent working behind the scenes of the business, you can still find her in the showroom doing what she does best – connecting with customers and the team.

Kenny started as a Hot Tub Technician at a local company in 2009. Very quickly, it became clear that he was just as adept at engaging with customers as he was at easily fixing all sorts of hot tub issues. So, after five years of employment, he decided to stop putting off becoming his own boss. Together with his wife Carla, they embarked on an exciting journey of establishing their own hot tub company.

Today, Kenny is the Operations Director and spends most of his time off the road and behind the scenes at the company. He has come a long way since his technician days, but he’s still at his happiest in conversation with cutomers or with his hands inside a spa diagnosing and repairing.

Barry is now officially the best Pool & Spa Technician in the country.

Initially, Barry and Team HTO crossed paths on a joint garden project. After leaving the landscaper’s life behind, Barry is now an integral part of the team. He has amassed a vast amount of knowledge across all the operations of the business and takes pride in his diverse skill set. He’s also quite particular about his coffee.

When he’s not working on maintenance, service or repairs, you can usually find him on-site installing a spa or sauna to the delight of a customer (all of whom think he is quite charming).

Lorraine made HTO history in 2020 by becoming our first-ever employee. Her extensive administrative expertise makes her an invaluable member of the team, and her primary duties include overseeing the showroom and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. You’ll usually find Lorraine in the showroom, keeping everything organized and ensuring that all systems are operating as they should.

Lorraine plays a vital role in managing the administrative and accounting aspects of the company.

It’s Natalie’s job to make sure our customers get the best out of us.

Having spent most of her adult life in sales for an array of sectors (including food, travel, and even the NHS), Nat is just good with people.

She’ll happily tell you that she loves to talk, but her real talent is listening. A good proportion of our delighted customers are down to Nat’s innate ability to connect with people and understand their wants and needs (and the difference between the two).

She also knows far more than she cares to admit to about Las Vegas, and never says no to a cup of tea.

Harry joined Team HTO at the very beginning of 2025, coming to us with eight solid years of sales experience in the industry which has earned him the nickname Hot Tub Harry.

Harry enjoys spending time with family and walking his black labrador. His ideal evening would be immersing himself in his hot tub. Or maybe the cricket.

Lisa joined the team in June 2024, but has slotted in so naturally that it feels like she’s been with us forever.

She has a talent for putting anyone who walks into the showroom instantly at ease and is always willing to help in whatever capacity she can, often going above and beyond as a matter of course.

Lisa is one of the few members of staff who knows how to get the best out of HTO’s posh coffee machine, and is never averse to a bit of dancing in the kitchen (hers, not ours).

Nikki joined Hot Tubs Oxfordshire in June 2024, bringing over 15 years of customer service and admin experience, including 6 years in reception roles across various sectors.

Whether welcoming customers at reception or helping out around the showroom, Nikki’s warm and approachable nature makes her a perfect fit. She’s our go-to for a friendly face and is always happy to lend a hand with whatever’s needed.

And according to our Operations Director, Kenny, she also happens to make the best cup of tea in the showroom

Kieran joined the team in 2024 and has proved to be a natural at the job, and a lovely personality too, so we decided to keep him. He’s also been a hit with our customers, with many naming him specifically in glowing reviews on Google or Trustpilot.

When Kieran isn’t out delighting customers, we honestly have no idea what he gets up to. There have been whispers of tournament-level karaoke, but we’ve heard him humming on the job and think this is unlikely.

Ross has been part of the team since November 2023, quickly learning the ropes and taking on the role of servicing hot tubs and swim spas.

He’s also fantastic at looking after our regular maintenance clients, which is a big part of his responsibilities. Keep an eye out for Ross as he often lends a hand during installations and relocations. He’s also been known to turn up in our promotional videos owing to his love of being in front of a camera.

Chris is responsible for telling Hot Tubs Oxfordshire’s story.

Originally a photographer, Chris’s (frankly mental) Photoshop skills led him to graphic design, which segued into website design, and before long he found himself in the digital marketing world.

After a long spell working at one of Oxfordshire’s top agencies, Chris met Carla and came to work for HTO where he tends the website, takes photographs, makes excellent coffee, and owns the real plants in the showroom.
