It depends on the model and condition of your current hot tub. We’ll confirm a figure once we’ve seen enough detail (photos usually do the job).
What’s the minimum and maximum trade-in value?
Trade-in value can be up to £8,000, and the minimum is £500 guaranteed (even for broken inflatables).
Is removal included?
Yes. As part of Trade In, Trade Up, we’ll remove your current hot tub as part exchange, so you don’t have to worry about organising collection or moving it on.
What happens to my trade-in hot tub?
That depends on the condition. Some trade-ins may be reconditioned and resold, while others may be repurposed or responsibly handled.
Do I need to visit the showroom first?
No. We can start with a trade-in estimate remotely. If you’d like to experience your options in person, you’re welcome to book a showroom visit or wet test.
