The Tylö Panacea Twin 2117 combines a traditional sauna and a full steam room within one coordinated installation, giving you both experiences at home.

Sitting between the 1717 and 2521 in the Twin range, the 2117 adds useful extra width without increasing the depth of the installation. The larger steam room provides more generous seating, while the adjoining sauna gains longer benches for a little more room to settle in.

The 2117 is available in two sauna timber combinations: aspen with thermo alder, or thermo aspen with aspen. Tylö’s current specification includes an Elite control panel and Commercial Lite relay box.

Two Experiences, One Integrated Design

Panacea Twin 2117 is designed as one integrated wellness installation, with the sauna and steam room sharing a coordinated frontage while retaining the very different materials and atmosphere each experience needs.

The Panacea side uses toughened safety glass and dark framing, keeping the steam room visually open despite its warm, humid environment. The 2117's additional width allows a longer Corian bench than the 1717, giving three adults comfortable seating on the steam side.

The adjoining sauna uses timber wall panels, tiered benches and interior detailing to create the warmer, more enclosed character of a traditional sauna. The current quoted variants are aspen wall panels with a thermo alder interior, or thermo aspen wall panels with an aspen interior.

Heating & Controls

The Twin 2117 is specified as a complete sauna-and-steam system, with the heating and control equipment matched to the size of the two rooms.

Sauna heating

The sauna side uses a Tylö Sense Commercial 8 kW heater, providing the higher-temperature, lower-humidity environment of a traditional sauna.

Steam heating

The Panacea side uses a Tylö Steam Home 9 kW generator, sized for the larger 2117 steam room.

Elite control

Tylö lists the Elite control panel and Commercial Lite relay box as included with the current Twin 2117 specification. The Elite panel provides touchscreen control of temperature, operating time and connected functions.
