    Which hot tubs are included in the Black Friday sale?

    The sale applies to in-stock hot tubs across our Highlife, Limelight, Hot Spot and Freeflow ranges. It does not include swim spas, saunas or other products. We can confirm availability and the offer on any model you’re considering - just ask.

    What comes with the Black Friday price?
    Alongside the saving on your hot tub, you’ll receive steps, a cover lifter, a comprehensive chemical starter pack including cleaners, and professional delivery and installation by our team - all at no extra cost. These are worth £1,444, or £1,208 with Freeflow models.
    Will my hot tub be installed before Christmas?
    Yes. Order an in-stock hot tub by 30 November and we guarantee installation before Christmas. We’ll agree an installation date with you and explain what needs to be ready beforehand.
    What do I need to prepare before installation?

    Your hot tub will need a suitable, level base, the correct electrical supply and clear access for delivery. The requirements depend on the model and your property. We’ll help you check these before installation and explain any preparation or work you need to arrange separately.

    Can I try a hot tub before choosing?

    Yes. Visit our Bicester showroom to compare models and sit in them, or arrange a private wet test in one of our working hot tubs.

    If you’d like to try a particular model, ask us beforehand so we can confirm what’s available.
