Energy Efficiency

Infrared saunas use less electricity, often between a third to a half of the energy consumption of a traditional sauna.

They are also ready to use much sooner. Whereas a traditional sauna can take 30-45 minutes to reach your desired temperature, IR saunas only need only 10-15 after switching on.
