We’ve been helping one of your neighbours make more of their home.
What could work at your home?
You don’t need a sprawling property to make room for a little more relaxation or exercise at home. Seeing what other homeowners have done with their space can be a useful place to start.
Here are a few of our recent installations from across Oxfordshire and beyond.
Why visit the showroom
It’s difficult to judge the comfort of a hot tub seat or the size of a sauna from a photograph or a web page. At the showroom, you can see the products properly, compare the options and ask us about anything from running costs to what installation would involve.
You don’t need to have chosen a product or worked out all the practical details before coming in. Bring your questions and, if you have them, a few photos of your space. We can help you understand what might work and what would be involved.
Selected hot tubs, swim spas and saunas are available to try. If you’d like to do that during your visit, speak to us beforehand so we can arrange it.
What could make home even better?
What Would Installation Involve?
Space, access, preparation and the services your chosen product needs all require some thought. We’ll explain the requirements for the model you’re considering and help you understand what needs to be in place before installation. For indoor projects, that includes any ventilation, drainage and room preparation requirements.
Our support continues once it’s installed, too. We’ll show you how to use and look after your purchase, and our team will be here when you need advice or aftercare.
Katie and Ian came to our Bicester showroom with the Hot Spring Aria in mind. But after a private wet test with Jessica and Molly, all four preferred the Limelight Flair.
They spend their working days looking after other people, so they wanted somewhere at home to switch off and spend time together. They also wanted to keep routine maintenance to a minimum, leaving more of their downtime free to enjoy it.
The water-care options helped make the decision. They chose the FreshWater Salt System alongside FreshWater IQ to make day-to-day water care more straightforward.
With the model chosen, they were happy to wait for their preferred finish: an Ice Grey shell with a Coastal Grey cabinet. We then installed their Flair at their home in Newbury, beneath a louvred pergola that gives them shelter while allowing them to open up the space when the weather suits.
Trying the hot tubs together gave Katie, Ian, Jessica and Molly something photographs and specifications couldn’t: a chance to find out which one they actually enjoyed most.
Come and explore the possibilities
Take a look around our Bicester showroom and picture what you might enjoy in your own home. You can sit in the hot tubs, step inside the saunas and see the swim spas up close, getting a much better sense of their size, layout and comfort.
Our team will be on hand to show you around and answer questions, and you’re welcome to take your time browsing. If you’d like to try selected working hot tubs, swim spas or saunas, contact us beforehand so we can arrange it.

Your Questions
A few things you might be wondering
We offer a range of sizes and specifications, so the cost will depend on what you choose. Our hot tubs range from £3,995 to £22,995, swim spas from £21,995 to £66,995, and sauna and steam range from £5,163 to £75,894. Bespoke projects are priced individually.
We’ll explain what is included in the price of any model you’re considering and any additional costs for your installation, so you can work out the full budget before deciding.
For hot tubs and swim spas, running costs depend on the model, insulation, water temperature, use and electricity tariff. Sauna and steam room running costs depend on the equipment, the space being heated and the length and frequency of your sessions.
We can talk you through the likely costs for the models you’re considering, including electricity and routine upkeep.
Alongside the product’s dimensions, you’ll need to allow room to get in and out, access for maintenance and, where relevant, space to open the cover. A swim spa generally needs more room than a hot tub, while sauna and steam options range from compact cabins to bespoke rooms.
A few photographs and rough measurements are a useful starting point. We can then help you explore suitable models and positions within your property.
Yes, depending on the product and the space available. We install products indoors as well as outdoors, but the requirements differ. An indoor project may need particular attention to ventilation, moisture, drainage and the structure supporting the installation.
Let us know where you have in mind and we can help you understand what would need assessing.
A narrow passage or awkward route into position doesn’t necessarily mean an installation is impossible. We’ll discuss access early and assess what the chosen product will need. Some installations require lifting equipment or a crane, and any arrangements and costs need to be agreed before delivery.
Your chosen product will need a suitable base or floor and the services specified for that model. Hot tubs and swim spas need a level base capable of supporting their filled weight. Sauna and steam room requirements vary with the type and location, with steam rooms also needing appropriate waterproofing and drainage.
We’ll explain what needs preparing before your installation.
The requirements depend on the model you choose and the supply already available at your property. We’ll provide the model’s electrical requirements so a qualified electrician can assess the work needed and prepare the connection before installation.
Hot tubs and swim spas need regular water testing and treatment, filter cleaning and periodic water changes. We’ll show you what to do and explain the routine for your model. We also offer servicing and maintenance plans if you’d like additional help.
Saunas need cleaning and care appropriate to their materials and heater. Steam rooms also need regular cleaning and care of the steam generator, including descaling where required. We’ll explain the routine for whichever product you choose.
Timing depends on the model, stock availability and any preparation needed at your home. Once we know what you’re considering, we can give you an estimated delivery timeframe and discuss installation dates. Bespoke projects will need a schedule based on the work involved.
