The Tylö Panacea 1309 t brings the clean architectural character of the Panacea range into its most compact footprint.

At 133 cm wide and just 93 cm deep, it is designed for spaces where a larger steam room would be difficult to accommodate. A portable, adjustable Corian® bench makes efficient use of the interior while retaining the smooth, easy-care finish associated with the Panacea range.

Toughened glass sections, dark profiles and an insulated ceiling create a refined, self-contained steam space, while the reversible layout gives useful flexibility when planning the room around the available space.

Compact Panacea Design for Smaller Spaces

The Panacea 1309 t uses the same modular glass-and-profile construction as the larger Panacea rooms, condensed into a narrow 133 x 93 cm footprint. A portable, adjustable Corian® bench makes better use of the limited floor area and can be repositioned when required.

The 1309 t can be supplied in a reversed layout, which also reverses the door position. This gives useful flexibility when positioning the cabin within a bathroom or dedicated wellness space.

An insulated ceiling helps retain warmth, while the prefabricated construction allows the room to be assembled on site. The surrounding floor must be suitable for steam-room use, with the area beneath the floor frame level and the finished floor prepared to drain correctly.

Steam Generator & Controls

This Panacea enclosure requires a separate Tylö steam generator and control panel. Both are selected to suit the room and the installation and are not included in the room price.

Steam generators
Steam Home is available in 3, 6 and 9 kW outputs for domestic installations. Steam Commercial is available in 9, 12 and 15 kW outputs for longer operating periods and more demanding installations.

Control panels
Pure provides straightforward control of temperature, lighting and operating time. Elite Cloud adds a touchscreen interface, scheduling and remote control through the Tylö WellAccess app.

The generator is installed outside the steam room and requires water, electricity and drainage. We will specify the appropriate generator and control panel as part of the quotation.

Separate warranty terms apply to the Tylö steam generator and control panel.

Warranty cover is subject to correct installation, use and maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

What is included with the Panacea 1309 t?

The 1309 t is supplied as a compact Panacea steam-room enclosure with its Corian® seating and room components. The steam generator and control panel are specified separately.
Can the layout be reversed?

Yes. Tylö specifically notes that reversing the 1309 t layout also reverses the door position.
How is the seating arranged?

The compact 1309 t uses a portable, adjustable Corian® bench rather than the long fixed benches used in the larger Panacea rooms.
What size steam generator does it need?

Tylö lists 2.2 kW without ventilation and 4.5 kW with ventilation. The correct generator should be confirmed for the individual installation.
Are the steam generator and control panel included in the displayed price?

No. The displayed price is for the Panacea room. A suitable Tylö steam generator and either a Pure or Elite Cloud control panel are specified separately for the installation.
Does the steam room require a drain?

Yes. The finished floor must be prepared with a suitable fall to a drain, while the floor directly beneath the room's floor frame must be level, even and clean.
Does the Panacea require ventilation?

For continuous operation lasting more than two hours, Tylö specifies an air-change rate of 10-20 m³ per person per hour. The ventilation outlet is positioned in the ceiling away from the seating.
Is underfloor heating required?

No. Tylö recommends underfloor heating to reduce temperature differences within the steam room, but does not state it as a requirement.
Can the Panacea be installed outdoors?

No. Tylö states that the Panacea should not be installed outdoors or where there is a risk of cold or frost damage.
What clearance is required around the steam nozzle?

Tylö specifies at least 20 cm of clear space in front of the steam nozzle, with no fittings or other objects directly in front of or above it.
